شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق «فاضي» فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا ما توافق عليها، لا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. ما هو فاضي
فاضي منصة تعرض «سعر فاضي»: سعرًا خاصًا وثابتًا يقدّمه المحل لمستخدمي التطبيق في أوقاته الهادئة، وعروضًا فورية يضيفها المحل. فاضي ليس طرفًا في البيع؛ الخدمة يقدّمها المحل وهو المسؤول عنها وعن جودتها.
٢. الحساب
- تسجّل بمعلومات صحيحة، وأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم من حسابك.
- لكل بريد أو رقم حساب واحد بنوع واحد: عميل أو صاحب محل أو سفير.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
٣. للعملاء
- تحصل على السعر بعرض «كود فاضي» للمحل قبل الدفع. الكود صالح ١٥ دقيقة ولزيارة واحدة.
- السعر والأوقات يحددها المحل، وقد تتغير. السعر المعتمد هو الظاهر في التطبيق وقت أخذ الكود.
- استخدام الأكواد بطريقة احتيالية أو بيعها يؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب.
٤. لأصحاب المحلات
- يظهر المحل بعد مراجعته وموافقة فاضي، ولنا رفض أو إيقاف أي محل.
- تلتزم بتطبيق «سعر فاضي» المنشور على كل كود صحيح تمسحه، وبأن تكون بياناتك وأسعارك وأوقاتك صحيحة ومحدّثة.
- تدفع رسومًا ثابتة عن كل زيارة مؤكدة (كل كود تمسحه)، تُخصم من رصيد مدفوع مسبقًا. إذا لم يكفِ الرصيد يختفي المحل مؤقتًا حتى الشحن. تُعلن الرسوم داخل التطبيق قبل تطبيقها، وقد تكون هناك فترة مجانية.
- المبالغ المشحونة تُستخدم لرسوم الزيارات ولا تُسترد نقدًا إلا وفق ما ينص عليه النظام.
- أنت المسؤول عن الحصول على أي تراخيص يتطلبها نشاطك.
٥. للسفراء
- الانضمام بدعوة من فاضي فقط.
- تسجّل المحلات بموافقة أصحابها وببيانات صحيحة.
- تستحق عمولة من رسوم زيارات المحلات التي سجّلتها، بالنسبة والمدة المعلنة في التطبيق. لفاضي تعديل البرنامج مستقبلًا دون أثر رجعي على ما استُحق.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع نشر محتوى مخالف أو مضلل، أو انتحال صفة محل أو شخص، أو محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو التلاعب بالأكواد والإحصائيات.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا نضمن توفر محل أو سعر في وقت معيّن، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الخدمة التي يقدّمها المحل. في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الرسوم التي دفعتها لفاضي خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة.
٨. التغييرات والإنهاء
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. ولنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالفها.
٩. النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.

By using the Faadhi app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. What Faadhi is
Faadhi is a platform that shows the "Faadhi price": a special, fixed price a shop offers app users during its quiet hours, plus instant offers the shop adds. Faadhi is not a party to the sale; the shop provides the service and is responsible for it and its quality.
2. Your account
Sign up with accurate information; you are responsible for everything done from your account. Each email or number holds one account of one type: customer, shop owner or ambassador. You can delete your account at any time inside the app.
3. Customers
You get the price by showing a Faadhi code to the shop before paying. A code is valid for 15 minutes and one visit. Shops set their prices and hours, which may change; the price that applies is the one shown in the app when you took the code. Fraudulent use or resale of codes leads to account suspension.
4. Shop owners
A shop appears after Faadhi reviews and approves it; we may refuse or suspend any shop. You agree to honor the published Faadhi price for every valid code you scan, and to keep your details, prices and hours accurate. You pay a fixed fee per verified visit (each code you scan), deducted from a prepaid balance; if the balance runs out, the shop is hidden until you top up. Fees are announced in the app before they apply, and there may be a free period. Top-ups are used for visit fees and are not refundable in cash except as required by law. You are responsible for any licenses your business needs.
5. Ambassadors
Joining is by Faadhi invitation only. Register shops with their owners' consent and accurate details. You earn commission on the visit fees of the shops you registered, at the rate and for the period shown in the app. Faadhi may change the program in future without affecting commission already earned.
6. Acceptable use
Don't post unlawful or misleading content, impersonate a shop or person, or try to break into the app or tamper with codes and stats.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that a shop or price is available at a given time, and we aren't responsible for the service a shop provides. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid Faadhi in the previous three months.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms and update the date above. We may suspend any account that breaks them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
